Mrs. Tina

Good afternoon!

My name is Tina Hemphill and I am the new occupational therapist here at the Hannah school. It has been a privilege this last week serving in the school and getting to know these kids! I am truly amazed at the wholistic infrastructure that has been established to equip these children with the tools they need to excel.

I would like to share a little on a personal level. I, myself, am a “1 in 5.” I have dyslexia. I, personally, have struggled with the heartache of being forced to learn in an environment that was not conducive to my learning style. I share this, not to minimize your own struggle or say that I

understand your story. I don’t. No two stories are the same.

My husband and I live in Conway on a tiny, urban farm with 3 children of our own, 2 of which are currently enrolled here at The Hannah school. We have chickens, turkeys, rabbits, dogs, cats, and bees. I have worked in a variety of settings from pediatrics to orthopedics as an occupational therapist. We love to travel and we have a great appreciation for cultures outside of our own. I also work/volunteer as a pet therapist and a flight nanny taking animals across the country.

Again, I consider it an honor to serve you and your children. Thank you for allowing me this opportunity.
